Opportunity of the studying abroad, purpose

The motivation of this present research is preparation of nanoparticle embedded polysaccharides which can be used to coat or wrap food material to enhance its shelf life so that it is a viable alternative to plastic packaging. Moreover, it can be used as food matrix rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals which will be beneficial for human health.

The purpose of this studying abroad is to take help from the host Institute which has all the facilities for preparation and characterization of nanoparticles. Apart from this another purpose is to build long term collaboration between host institute and my institute in terms of academic and research findings.

Experience while studying abroad

I have a very enriching experience while working here. The ambience and facilities of lab is perfect. I could run my experiments successfully. I have also presented my research in Science live ticket series 81 held in Konan University Port Island campus.
The lab mates are very helpful; they are so kind and helped me a lot. My professor is also very kind person.
I also presented in Okamoto campus one lecture for Japanese students regarding IKIGAI.
I also come across a diversified taste of culture and food among various international students at Konan University.
I am indebted to my professor for finding me a nice and decent house for living here.
During my stay I also enjoyed some beautiful places in Japan rich in heritage and culture.

Results of study abroad, future goals

I got a good set of results which describes my nanoparticle, its morphology, its spectroscopic properties etc.
My future goal is to communicate my findings in good, indexed journal (Q1 or Q2) within one month of my return to India. In the future, I would like to continue this collaboration researches between Japan and India.
I am very much indebted or grateful to HUMAP for giving me support for carrying out my research and also for enjoying Japanese rich cultures which will give me a wider approach of learning new things.
